1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will
be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email
immediately after purchase.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days
(Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days)
Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Peak season volume
- Weather conditions

3. ORDER TRACKING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with your tracking number within
1–3 business days after processing.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information
to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking information has not updated within
5 business days, contact us at

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We currently ship to the United States only.
Please note we do not ship to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

5. TAXES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your
delivery address and displayed at checkout before
payment is completed.
Sales tax is collected by the relevant tax authority
and is non-refundable.

6. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days
of your shipping confirmation email, please contact
us at support@healtheasegear.com
We will investigate with the carrier and resolve
the issue as quickly as possible, including
reshipping at no cost if the order is confirmed lost.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Please ensure your shipping address is complete
and accurate before placing your order.
HealthEaseGear is not responsible for orders
delivered to an incorrect address provided by
the customer at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address,
contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:
support@healtheasegear.com
We cannot guarantee address changes after
12 hours as your order may already be in processing.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at
support@healtheasegear.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item
We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
No need to return the original item in most cases.
