behind every product we sell with our industry-leading 
60-Day Trial Guarantee — because we believe results 
should speak for themselves.

1. 60-DAY TRIAL GUARANTEE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You have 60days from the date of delivery to try your 
NeuroCervical™ Core Therapy device. If you are not 
satisfied with your results, you may request a return 
or refund under the terms outlined in this policy.

Minimum Usage Requirement:
Because results build gradually — similar to physical 
therapy — we require a minimum of 30 days of consistent 
use before a refund request can be submitted.

If you experience discomfort during this period, contact 
our support team at support@healtheasegear.com for 
guidance before discontinuing use.

2. FREE REPLACEMENT — FIRST 30 DAYS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not 
working properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery 
and we will send you a free replacement immediately.

To request a replacement, email us with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video showing the issue

In most cases, a replacement is faster and easier 
than processing a full return.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 1: Contact our support team first.
Email: support@healtheasegear.com
Include: Your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 
1–2 business days and provide:
- Return authorization
- Return address (US warehouse)
- Instructions for shipping

Step 3: Ship your item back with a valid tracking number.

Step 4: Once we confirm your tracking number is active, 
we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

IMPORTANT: Items returned without prior authorization 
will not be accepted. Do not send returns to any address 
other than our provided US return address.

4. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To be eligible for a return and refund:

✓ Request submitted within 60 days of delivery
✓ Minimum 30 days of consistent use completed
✓ Item shipped to our authorized US return address
✓ Valid tracking number provided
✓ Receipt or proof of purchase provided
✓ Item does not show signs of misuse or intentional damage

Not eligible:
✗ Items returned without prior authorization
✗ Items sent to unauthorized addresses
✗ Requests submitted after 60 days of delivery
✗ Items showing signs of misuse or intentional damage

5. RETURN SHIPPING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the 
customer, except in cases where the item arrived 
defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case 
HealthEaseGear will cover return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. REFUND PROCESSING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Once your return tracking is confirmed as active:
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund issued to your original payment method only
- Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for 
  your bank or card provider to reflect the refund

Sales tax is non-refundable as it has been collected 
by the tax authority.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your 
refund was approved and you have not received it, 
contact us at support@healtheasegear.com

7. EXCHANGES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To initiate an exchange, contact us at 
support@healtheasegear.com

We offer exchanges for the same product if the item 
is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange shipping 
costs are the customer's responsibility.

Note: Orders that have gone through the exchange process 
are no longer eligible for a full refund.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being 
placed. After this time, your order will have already 
been registered in our fulfillment system and cannot 
be stopped.

To cancel, email support@healtheasegear.com immediately 
with your order number.

9. CHARGEBACKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please 
contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication 
with our support team will void eligibility for:
- The 60-day trial guarantee
- Free replacement
- Any future refund or exchange

We are committed to resolving every issue directly, 
fairly, and promptly.

10. ABUSE PREVENTION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

HealthEaseGear reserves the right to limit or deny 
returns in cases of:
- Excessive or irregular return activity
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Items returned with intentional damage
- Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements
